She developed an interest in self-sustainability, preparedness and growing her own food as a direct result of the relentless load shedding in South Africa and the pandemic of 2020.
As part of her journey she fostered a relationship with the top supplier in the world of MREs and Ration Packs.
Long Life Pantry (Pty) Ltd was concieved to cater to the retail and wholesale consumer in South Africa as a result of that relationship.
Over 15 years Rationtech has developed into the largest African based MRE ration pack and outdoor meals manufacturer. As experts in MRE ration packs (meals ready to eat) Rationtech has a strong international presence and supplies various countries worldwide.
